Before FalconX, as the Director of Institutional Loan Originations at Genesis, Hamill led a multinational team and dramatically expanded the firm's loan portfolio by over 20 times its original size. His strategic initiatives there included enhancing client engagement and operational workflows, which resulted in a significant increase in clients and a quadrupling of revenue within just two years.

Earlier, at Sanford C. Bernstein, Hamill managed trading coverage for a variety of asset managers across North America, executing substantial trades and overseeing portfolio strategies.
